Terms of the “Discount for Video Review” Promotion

Promotion period: June 1, 2025, 00:00 (GMT+1) – June 30, 2025, 23:59 (GMT+1).
Eligibility: Individuals aged 18+, who have made a purchase from the Okolomono online store (okolomono.com) before June 30, 2025.
How to participate:
Send an email to info@okolomono.com with the subject “Video Review” by June 30, 2025, including:
1. a video (max. 30 seconds) reviewing the Gappa blood pressure monitor purchased from Okolomono;
2. a link to your public Facebook or Instagram profile.
Video requirements:
• Format: portrait or landscape, up to 30 seconds.
• Quality: minimum Full HD (1080p), stable image, clear sound.
• Your face and the Gappa device must be clearly visible.
• The video must mention: “Okolomono” and “Gappa”.
• The video must be sincere and reflect your personal experience.
Not allowed:
• Promotional or sales language.
• Personal data or images of third parties without consent.
• Copyrighted music that is clearly audible.
Reward:
Participants who meet the requirements will receive a one-time 99% discount code valid for any item in the store, redeemable until August 31, 2025.
• Discount cannot be combined with other offers.
• Code is personal and non-transferable.
Usage rights:
By submitting the video, the participant agrees to grant Okolomono full rights, including commercial rights, to the video and consents to its publication on the website and social media, as well as the publication of a link to the participant’s social media profile.
Data protection:
Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR, Lei 58/2019 (Portugal), and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (Spain). You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting info@okolomono.com
Disputes:
• For customers in Portugal – through Plataforma RLL or Porto courts.
• For customers in Spain – through Plataforma ODR or Madrid courts.
