SHIPPING GEOGRAPHY

Shipping from Portugal. Delivery in Portugal and Spain

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Online payment: Portugal and Spain, including islands.
• Cash on delivery: mainland Portugal and mainland Spain only.

DELIVERY TIMES

We do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday) are shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Delivery time can be checked by the tracking number.

Orders are dispatched via the Portuguese national postal service CTT. Delivery times as stated by CTT Expresso are:

• mainland Portugal — delivery in 1-2 business day;
• Azores and Madeira — in 5-6 business days;
• mainland Spain — in 2 business days;
• Balearic Islands — in 5 business days.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

Due to varying customs policies and import taxes, oKoLoMoNo is not responsible for their payment, which is the consumer's responsibility. We also have no control over other potential costs, fees, or taxes that may be applied when the order arrives in the destination country. The total price only includes the item price, applicable VAT (if any), and shipping costs. If the consumer has any questions, they should contact their local customs office before placing an order to get information about customs fees and their applicability.
