Refund policy

The return policy is formulated in accordance with EU Directive No. 84/2021 on consumer protection, as well as the local legislation of the countries where the sales are conducted.

The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality (or exchange them for another) if all the return conditions are met:

  • The item shows no signs of use or tampering, the product is fully equipped with all accessories, manuals, and consumables, and the original packaging is undamaged (opening the box is not considered packaging damage);
  • Less than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the goods;
  • The buyer has documents confirming the purchase.

Some items may be sealed by the manufacturer, such as personal hygiene products. Such sealed items are not subject to return for health and hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

The Buyer is refunded the full cost of the goods, including, if applicable, expenses related to the delivery of the goods.

The Seller bears the shipping costs in cases where the return of the product is due to manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, or an error by the Seller in which the delivered product does not match the order. In all other cases, the Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs when exchanging or returning the product.

The warranty on any product is 3 (three) years from the date of delivery to the Buyer. The Buyer can take advantage of the warranty if there are documents confirming the purchase and one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product is defective or no longer works (for example, the device stopped turning on) provided that the operating instructions have been followed;
  • The product is not suitable for the purposes of such goods (for example, a freezer cools but does not freeze);
  • The product does not have the qualities stated in the advertisement, on the label, or in the description provided by the seller.

Under the warranty, the Buyer has the right to choose one of four solutions: repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase.

We recommend that the Buyer sends the Seller photo/video materials that help visually identify the defect and find the optimal solution.

Exchange or refund to the Buyer will be made within 7 working days from the date the Seller receives the returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund until the goods have been received, as provided by law.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
