What cuff size should I choose?

A properly fitted cuff guarantees measurement accuracy! Measure the circumference of your upper arm: relax your arm, bend your elbow at 90°, rest your forearm on a flat surface. Use any flexible tape. Measure at the widest part, about halfway between elbow and shoulder. The tape should lie snugly on the skin but not compress it. The result in centimeters is your size. For example, if your arm circumference is 30 cm, choose a cuff size 22–32 cm.

Does the device run on batteries or mains only?

The device can operate both from a standard mains socket (230 V or USB A) and from four AAA batteries.
